Established in 1999 on a historic Salt Spring Island farm, Garry Oaks Estate Winery cultivates seven acres of terraced vineyards, producing varietals like Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer, and Zweigelt. The winery is committed to sustainable farming practices, including mulching and composting programs that enhance soil health.
