Do you agree to support local and book direct? *

To support our local businesses, we’ve asked volunteers to please book directly with accommodators, rather that using a third party booking platform such as expedia or booking.com. This is because these platforms often take upwards of 30% for fees, and every dollar that goes towards an online booking platform is money that leaves our community and isn’t spend on things such as hiring staff, upgrading facilities or investing in the guest experience.

LUNA Fest Participants: what level of labor intensity are you comfortable with?

Level 1 (lowest labor intensity) – ex. staffing information booths, passing out maps, etc
Level 2 (light labor intensity) – ex. selling merchandise, roving the streets and assisting with art installations
Level 3 (moderate labor intensity) – ex. crow control such as counting how many people can go into a venue at a given time (door attendant)
Level 4 (higher labor intensity) – ex. setting up the event on the day of LUNA Arts (lifting, hanging lights, ladder work, tent set up, etc) *note this is where the majority of support is needed
