To complete your event registration, you must submit your hotel reservation within 72 hours or your spot will be released. You will be emailed a link to submit a copy of your reservation. Do you agree to submit your reservation within 72 hours?
To support our local businesses, we’ve asked volunteers to please book directly with accommodators, rather that using a third party booking platform such as expedia or booking.com. This is because these platforms often take upwards of 30% for fees, and every dollar that goes towards an online booking platform is money that leaves our community and isn’t spend on things such as hiring staff, upgrading facilities or investing in the guest experience.
If you are sharing a hotel room with another Thanksgiving Back participant, please let us know! You will both need to submit the receipt to secure your reservation, but you will only be eligible for one $400 reimbursement as per the terms and conditions.
